TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 52

Applications for carrier licence

                   A person may apply to the ACMA for a carrier licence, so long as the person is:

                     (a)  a constitutional corporation; or

                     (b)  an eligible partnership; or

                     (c)  a public body.
