TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 577GA

             (1)  The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that the excluded spectrum regime applies to Telstra.

             (2)  A determination under subsection (1) has effect for the purposes of:

                     (a)  this Division; and

                     (b)  Part 10 of Schedule 1.
