THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989 - SECT 10A

Application of standards to medical devices

                   A standard under section 10 does not apply to a medical device unless Part 3-2 applies to the device.

Note:          Section 15A sets out when Part 3-2 applies to a medical device.
