TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 - SECT 149

                   A person guilty of an offence under section 145, 146, 147 or 148 is punishable on conviction by:

                     (a)  a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units; or

                     (b)  imprisonment for a period not exceeding 2 years; or

                     (c)  by both a fine and a term of imprisonment.
