TRANSPORT SAFETY INVESTIGATION ACT 2003 - SECT 16B

Consultants

             (1)  The ATSB may engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the ATSB.

             (2)  The terms and conditions of engagement are to be determined by the Chief Executive Officer.
