Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThis Division deals with the transfer of farming interests to family members of a younger generation. The purpose of the Division is to provide that, if the conditions set out in the Division are met, the value of any such interests transferred by a qualifying farmer, his or her partner, or a former partner of the qualifying farmer, will be disregarded in determining:
(a) whether a service pension or an income support supplement is payable; or
(b) at what rate a service pension or an income support supplement is payable.
