WATER ACT 2007 - SECT 100D

                   The ACCC has, for the purposes of this Part:

                     (a)  the functions and powers conferred on it under Part 8 as an appropriate enforcement agency; and

                     (b)  the functions and powers conferred on it under section 155 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 .
