WAR GRATUITY ACT 1945 - SECT 19

(1)

There shall be a Register of War Gratuities in which an account shall be kept for each member or other person who is entitled to a war gratuity.

(2)

The Register of War Gratuities shall be under the control of an officer appointed by the Governor-General who shall be known as the Registrar of War Gratuities.
