WAR GRATUITY ACT 1945 - SECT 3
Payment of war gratuity authorised
War gratuity may be credited and paid in accordance with this Act to any
member or other person authorized by this Act to receive war gratuity in
respect of the overseas qualifying service or general qualifying service of
that member.
