WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION ACT 1947 - SECT 6
Regulations
The Governor-General may make such regulations as are necessary or expedient
for carrying out and giving effect to the Constitution (other than Chapter XV)
and the Arrangement and conventions, agreements and regulations adopted under
the Constitution (other than under Chapter XV), and in particular for
prescribing penalties (not exceeding a fine of $1,000 or imprisonment for
twelve months) for offences against the regulations made under this Act.
