WITNESS PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 28A

             (1)  A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  an order is in force under section 28; and

                     (b)  the person engages in conduct; and

                     (c)  the conduct contravenes the order.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 2 years.

             (2)  To avoid doubt, this section does not limit any other powers of the body that made the order under section 28.
