Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Board may establish committees to assist it in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers, and may abolish any such committee.
(2) A committee is to consist of such persons (whether Board members or not) as the Board determines.
(a) the committee's terms of reference; and
(b) the terms and conditions of appointment of the members of the committee; and
(c) the procedures to be followed by the committee.
(4) The members of the committee (other than Board members) are
not officials for the purposes of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
