Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Board must give a corporate plan, prepared under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 , to the Minister for approval on or before:
(a) 1 June in each calendar year; or
(b) a later day in a particular calendar year, as allowed by the Minister;
unless the Minister determines otherwise.
(2) The plan comes into force on the later of:
(a) if approval is required under subsection (1)--the day it is approved by the Minister; and
(b) the first day of the period to which it relates.
(3) Subsection 35(3) of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with
the Australian Government's key priorities and objectives) does not apply
to a corporate plan prepared by the Board.
