Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Orders in force for the time being under section 7 of the
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 have the same effect for
the purposes of the Agvet Code of the participating Territories as they would
have if they were provisions of the Agvet Regulations of those Territories.
