AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS CODE ACT 1994 - SECT 9

                   Despite subsection 13(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 , the following provisions that are included in the Schedule do not form part of this Act:

                     (a)  the Table of contents that appears at the beginning of the Schedule;

                     (b)  the list of terms defined by section 3 of the Schedule that appears immediately after the Table of contents.
