AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICAL PRODUCTS (COLLECTION OF LEVY) ACT 1994 - SECT 39

             (1)  The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters:

                     (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

                     (b)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act;

and, in particular, prescribing the way in which notices may be given by or to the APVMA under this Act.

             (2)  The percentage that may be prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of section 11, 12 or 12C must not exceed 2%.
