AGED CARE ACT 1997 - SECT 94.2

                   A person appointed as an * authorised officer under section 90-3 must, upon ceasing to be an authorised officer, return to the Secretary the identity card issued to the person under section 94-1.

Penalty:  1 penalty unit.
