ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND COUNTER-TERRORISM FINANCING ACT 2006 - SECT 191A

             (1)  Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of decisions of the AUSTRAC CEO under section 191.

             (2)  In this section:

"decision" has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 .
