Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The AUSTRAC CEO may, in writing, request further information from any person for the purposes of making a decision under this Part.
(2) The AUSTRAC CEO is not required to make a decision under this Part until any information requested under subsection (1) in relation to the decision has been provided.
