ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT 1976 - SECT 22A

             (1)  Subject to subsection (2), the members of a Land Council are directors of the Council for the purposes of the application of Division 4 of Part 3 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 to the Land Council.

             (2)  The Chair and Deputy Chair of a Land Council are the only directors of the Council for the purposes of the application to the Land Council of the other provisions of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 .
