Minister may make determinations in relation to the immunisation requirements

Exemption from immunisation requirements

             (1)  The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that children included in a specified class are exempt from the requirement to be immunised.

Meeting the immunisation requirements

             (2)  The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that children included in a specified class meet the immunisation requirements in circumstances specified in the determination.
