CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 448A
Appointee must consent
A person cannot be appointed as administrator of a company or of
a deed of company arrangement unless:
(a) the person has consented in writing to the appointment; and
(b) as at the time of the appointment, the person has not
withdrawn the consent.
