CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 453A

Meaning of restructuring

    The restructuring of a company:

  (a)   begins when a restructuring practitioner for the company is appointed under section   453B; and

  (b)   ends in the circumstances prescribed by the regulations.
