Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A company that is being wound up must set out, in every public document, and in every negotiable instrument, of the company, after the name of the company where it first appears, the expression in liquidation .
(2) An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
