Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf a person (not being the company making the CSF offer) is a retail client in relation to the provision of a crowd - funding service that relates to a particular CSF offer, then, for the purposes of this Part, the person is a retail client in relation to that CSF offer.
