CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 823U

  (1)   The Reserve Bank has the same powers as ASIC to apply for an injunction under section   1324 in relation to a provision of this Part.

  (2)   The Reserve Bank may so apply itself or jointly with ASIC.
