Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsNothing in this Subdivision, or in regulations made for the purposes of this Subdivision, makes the body (not being the licensee) that the account is with under paragraph 981B(1)(a) subject to any liability merely because of a failure by the licensee to comply with any of the provisions of this Subdivision or those regulations.
