compilation comprises Act No. 160,
1991 amended as indicated in the Tables below. The Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1991 was amended by
the Carriage of Goods by Sea Regulations 1998 (1998 No. 174) and
the Carriage of Goods by Sea Regulations 1998 (No. 2) (1998 No. 324).
