Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A road transport contractual chain order may also include terms about any of the following matters:
(a) payment times;
(b) fuel levies;
(c) rate reviews;
(d) termination, including one way termination for convenience;
(e) cost recovery.
(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the terms that may be included in a road transport contractual chain order.
