INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS (REGISTRATION CHARGE—CUSTOMS) ACT 1997 - SECT 3

(1)

Registration charge payable in accordance with section 80S of the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Act 1989 is imposed.

(2)

This section imposes charge only so far as that charge is a duty of customs within the meaning of section 55 of the Constitution.
