INDIGENOUS EDUCATION (TARGETED ASSISTANCE) ACT 2000 - SECT 17

Delegation

                   The Minister may, by writing, delegate any of the Minister's powers under this Act to:

                     (a)  the Secretary of the Department; or

                     (b)  an APS employee in the Department.
