CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 42.100

Purpose of Subpart

                This Subpart sets out requirements relating to the continuing airworthiness of an aircraft that apply to the person responsible for continuing airworthiness for the aircraft.
