COMMONWEALTH INSCRIBED STOCK REGULATIONS - REG 22A
Form of certificate of proprietorship of stock
- (2)
- A certificate of the proprietorship of stock issued under section 17 of
the Act shall be in accordance with an approved form.
- (3)
- A Registrar shall keep a record of each certificate issued by him under
section 17 of the Act.
