CORPORATIONS (CHANGE OF INCORPORATION) REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 5
Modification of the Act for AGL
For subsection 5I (1) of the Act:
- (a)
- the operation of the Act is
modified in accordance with Schedule 2; and
- (b)
- the
AGL Corporate Conversion Act 2002 of New South Wales is specified.
