COPYRIGHT TRIBUNAL (PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS 1969 - REG 37

         (1)   A request under paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section 146 of the Act by a party to an application or reference that the Tribunal be constituted by more than one member for the purposes of that application or reference shall:

                (a)    be in writing addressed to the Registrar;

               (b)    specify the date on which the application or reference was filed with the Registrar and the relevant file number;

                (c)    state the name of the party making the request;

               (d)    be signed by or on behalf of that party; and

                (e)    be filed with the Registrar before the Tribunal begins to consider the application or reference.

         (2)   The party making the request shall cause a sealed copy of the request to be served, within seven days after the request is filed with the Registrar, on every other party to the application or reference.
