DEFENCE FORCE DISCIPLINE REGULATIONS 1985 - REG 3

                In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"member of the staff" has the same meaning as in Part XA of the Act.

"officer cadet" means an officer who holds:

                (a)    in the Navy -- the rank of midshipman; or

               (b)    in the Army or the Air Force -- the rank of officer cadet.

"the Act" means the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 .
