FEDERAL COURT (CORPORATIONS) RULES 2000 - REG 15.3

Application for inquiry (ASIC Act s 70, s 201, s 219)

                An application for an inquiry under subsection 70 (3), 201 (3) or 219 (7) of the ASIC Act must be made by filing an originating process seeking an inquiry and orders under the relevant subsection.
