FISHERIES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1992 - REG 10D

Fish receiver -- not person who transports fish

                For the purposes of section 97 of the Act, a person who transports fish from a person engaged in fishing in a declared fishery to a fish receiver permit holder is taken to be the agent of the holder.
