FISHERIES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1992 - REG 19M

                For subsection 108B (1) of the Act, the Minister may authorise the following Agencies to disclose information under that subsection:

                (a)    the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade;

               (b)    the Australian Customs Service.
