FISHERIES MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS 1992 - REG 4A

                For the purposes of subsection 4 (7) of the Act, the amendments of the Treaty set out in Schedule 4:

                (a)    have effect for the purposes of the Act; and

               (b)    take effect for the purposes of the Act on 16 June 1993.
