Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Regulations 24, 25, 26 and 28 apply to a subcommittee established under subsection 111(1) of the Act as if a reference in those regulations to the Gene Technology Technical Advisory Committee were a reference to the subcommittee.
(2) At a meeting of a subcommittee, a quorum exists if half of the members of the subcommittee are present.
(3) A subcommittee must keep a record of its proceedings, and must give to the Ethics and Community Committee a copy of each resolution passed by the subcommittee.
