Note: Section 85 of the Code enables a debtor of goods sold by
instalments or mortgagor to surrender the goods. Subsection 85(3)
requires a credit provider to give a debtor or mortgagor a written notice
containing the estimated value of the goods and any other information required
by the regulations.
