NATIONAL HEALTH (NURSING HOME RESPITE CARE) REGULATIONS - REG 18
Minister to give notice of certain decisions
Where the Minister makes a decision under regulation 14 or 15 otherwise than
in accordance with an application, the Minister is to give the proprietor of
the nursing home to which the decision relates notice in writing of the
decision.
