NATIONAL HEALTH (NURSING HOME RESPITE CARE) REGULATIONS - REG 38
Modifications under subsection 49AA (2) of the Act
- (2)
- The provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule apply with the
modification prescribed in the Schedule in relation to the scheme providing
for respite care in approved nursing homes contained in these Regulations.
