NATIONAL HEALTH (NURSING HOME RESPITE CARE) REGULATIONS - REG 9
Application to Government and non-Government nursing homes
Leave respite care may be provided in an approved nursing home, being either:
- (a)
- a Government nursing home; or
- (b)
- not a Government nursing home.
