NATIONAL MEASUREMENT REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 69

Effect of withdrawal of approvals

                If approval of the pattern of a measuring instrument is withdrawn under paragraph 82 (3) (c), the instrument is not a measuring instrument with an approved pattern.
