Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Chief of Navy may appoint a person to act as Secretary to the Board.
(2) The person so appointed shall assist the Board in the exercise and performance of its powers and functions in such manner as the Board directs.
