NAVIGATION (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS 1968 - REG 219
Escape of oil overboard to be prevented
The system of oil-fuel tanks and pumps and the pipes connecting them by which
oil is stored or moved about from place to place in a ship shall be so
constructed as to prevent the escape overboard from that system of oil fuel.
