Where, by these Regulations, a bulkhead or other portion of the internal
structure of a ship is required to be watertight, the construction of the
bulkhead or other portion of the ship shall comply with such of the
requirements specified in the Third Schedule as are applicable to the bulkhead
or other portion of the ship.
