NAVIGATION (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS 1968 - REG 23
Tanks for storing liquids to be adequately constructed
A tank forming part of the structure of a ship and intended for storing oil
fuel or other liquids shall comply with such of the requirements specified in
the Third Schedule as are applicable.
